Services: RK Exclusive provides catering, meal prep, personal chef, and event services in the Baltimore, MD area. All services are subject to availability and written confirmation.
Orders and Payment: Orders are confirmed upon receipt of the required deposit or full payment as quoted. Prices are subject to change; the price confirmed at the time of booking applies.
Client Responsibilities: Please inform us of all food allergies, dietary restrictions, and event details in advance so we can prepare safely and accurately.
Intellectual Property: All content on this site, including text, images, and menus, is the property of RK Exclusive Hospitality Group and may not be reproduced without permission.
Deposits: A non-refundable deposit may be required to secure your event date, as specified in your catering agreement.
Cancellations: Refund eligibility depends on timing and costs already incurred. Cancellations made 14 or more days before the event may receive a partial refund of amounts paid beyond the non-refundable deposit. Cancellations within 14 days of the event are generally non-refundable due to food purchasing and staffing commitments.
Meal Prep Orders: Meal prep orders may be modified or cancelled up to 48 hours before the scheduled pickup for a full refund.
